Since 1897, Shaws of Darwen have been manufacturing heavy duty fire clay hand crafted Kitchen Sinks from their Lancashire factory. Each of the sinks is manufactured with cutting edge precision engineering and contains the Shaws stamp which signifies the highest quality. Shaws are not only renowned for unrivalled quality but beauty and resilience as well.

Fireclay is more dense than china clay, it must be fired for longer and at a higher temperature. If you get it right, the result is an immensely durable material with a deep, lustrous finish. Each sink has the name of the crastman who made it stamped on the base as a guarantee of quality. If you are looking for a fireclay sink that will last a lifetime, then look no further than a Shaws Of Darwen sink.
