Whitebirk Singleton 445mm Single Bowl Inset Fireclay Sink

Whitebirk Singleton 445mm Single Bowl Inset Fireclay Sink

The Singleton is a round fireclay bowl for inset or undermount fitting, 445mm across. It is designed as a secondary sink, on an island or beside the main sink, where a soft round shape works better than a square one.

At a glance

Will it fit?

The Singleton measures 445 x 445 x 197mm (width x depth x height) and weighs about 14kg. Every Whitebirk sink is handmade and kiln-fired, so sizes can vary by up to 2% either way. Have your fitter measure the actual sink before cutting worktops or cabinets. It is designed to be fitted inset (sitting on the worktop) or undermounted (fixed beneath it).

Caring for your sink

Clean with warm water, a mild washing-up liquid and a soft cloth, then rinse and wipe dry. Avoid abrasive pads, steel wool and harsh chemicals, and don't put very hot pans straight into the bowl. Whitebirk recommend Astonish Oven & Cookware cleaner for marks left by metal pans.

Every Whitebirk fireclay sink comes with a lifetime warranty from Whitebirk Sink Company. Ask us for the full terms.

Frequently asked questions

How is the Singleton fitted?

The Singleton is made for inset fitting, sitting on the worktop, or undermounting beneath a solid worktop. Your fitter should cut the worktop to the actual sink, as sizes can vary by up to 2%.

How heavy is the Singleton?

About 14kg. Make sure the cabinet or worktop is built to carry it. Whitebirk recommend professional installation.

Which waste do I need?

The Singleton has 1 x 3.5 inch outlet, so it takes one 3.5 inch basket strainer, standard or premium lever, or a waste disposal unit. The strainer comes with an overflow kit for the sink's overflow.

Who makes Whitebirk sinks?
