Shaws Sink Wastes and Grids
Shaws sinks are supplied without a waste, so the strainer, grid and plumbing kit are chosen to suit your sink.
Basket strainer wastes
- 90mm (3½ inch): fits Butler, Shaker, Double, Ribchester, Bowland, Inset and most other Shaws sinks. It comes in polished chrome, gold (polished brass), gold, polished nickel, brushed nickel, antique bronze, English bronze, satin brass and aged brass. Buy the pack of 2 for double bowl sinks.
- 38mm (1½ inch): for the Shaws Belfast and Pendle only, in polished chrome or gold.
Stainless steel sink grids
A grid lifts pans off the glaze to protect the bowl. Each type is shaped for particular Shaws models. Type 4 fits each bowl of the equal double bowl sinks, Type 9 fits the Butler 1000 and Type 7 fits the Waterside 600. The grid page has the full fitting table.
Plumbing kit
The McAlpine SSK1 (single bowl) and SSK2 (double bowl) space saver kits connect the strainer to your waste pipe.
Shaws guarantee their wastes for 1 year against manufacturing defects and decorative finishes.
