Installation Notes

Smart WCs need a fused 13A spur near the toilet position (commonly behind the WC unit) and a cold water supply to the bidet wash unit. The smart unit comes pre-fitted to the back-to-wall pan; the cistern is fitted as a separate component (sold separately or in the suite).

Care & Maintenance

Clean with a soft cloth and a non-abrasive bathroom cleaner. Avoid bleach on the seat surface (it can discolour plastic) and scouring pads on the ceramic (they leave fine scratches that hold dirt). Vinegar diluted 1:5 with water is a good limescale remover. Rinse thoroughly after cleaning to prevent residue marks.
