IMEX Essence 560mm 1TH Pedestal Basin

The Essence 560mm 1TH Pedestal Basin (L10100) is a high-quality ceramic basin from the IMEX Essence range, designed for use with one of the range's matching pedestals.

About Pedestal Basins

A traditional pedestal basin sits on a matching column (the 'pedestal') that conceals the plumbing while providing structural support. It's a classic, timeless look that suits both modern and traditional bathrooms. Pedestal basins are easy to install, easy to clean, and stay popular for cloakrooms and main bathrooms alike.

Key Features

• High-quality vitreous china ceramic
• 1 tap hole (mono mixer compatible)
• Easy-clean glaze
• Designed to pair with the matching IMEX pedestal
• 25-year IMEX manufacturer guarantee
• Product code: L10100
• Width: 560mm
• Range: IMEX Essence

Also available as a basin & pedestal set at a discount - see the matching set in the IMEX collection.

Installation Notes

Pedestal basins fit using wall fixings into the back of the basin and a foot bolt into the pedestal. Connect cold/hot supplies and an 32mm slotted waste. Total install time: ~1 hour for an experienced plumber.

Care & Maintenance

Clean with a soft cloth and a non-abrasive bathroom cleaner. Avoid bleach on the seat surface (it can discolour plastic) and scouring pads on the ceramic (they leave fine scratches that hold dirt). Vinegar diluted 1:5 with water is a good limescale remover. Rinse thoroughly after cleaning to prevent residue marks.
