Installation Notes

Wall-hung smart WCs combine the wall-hung framing requirement with smart WC's power and water supply needs. Plan ahead during the bathroom rough-in: install the cistern frame, the fused spur, and the cold supply for the bidet wash unit before closing up the wall.

Care & Maintenance

Clean with a soft cloth and a non-abrasive bathroom cleaner. Avoid bleach on the seat surface (it can discolour plastic) and scouring pads on the ceramic (they leave fine scratches that hold dirt). Vinegar diluted 1:5 with water is a good limescale remover. Rinse thoroughly after cleaning to prevent residue marks.
