I need to edit my order what do I do?

You can make amendments or additions to any order as long as it has not left our warehouse, please call or email to check your current order status and make any changes you require.

 

Product Stock

We try our best to keep our site up to date with stock availability although some items may be out of stock, our helpful team can help you acquire dates or an alternative product where possible..
An Item I need is out of stock when will it be back available?

If an item is out of stock on our website you can either call or email sales@bradfordbathroomcompany.com to check when it will be available again.

How do I know if item is in stock?

If you are unsure of the availability of an item you can call or email sales@bradfordbathroomcompany.com and one of our helpful staff will be happy to check this information for you.

Can I pre order something?

If an item is out of stock and you would like to place this on back order, you can place the order via the phone and it will be delivered as soon as available again. Our helpful team will keep you updated throughout the wait with any updates.

 

Delivery

We aim to deliver all orders within 5-7 working days. If you are in a hurry we do have express delivery options available on some items. Feel free to contact us for more details.
When will my item be delivered?

Large and fragile goods will be delivered within 5-7 working days. Smaller items will arrive within 3-5 working days. You will be emailed a tracking number once your order has been dispatched. If there are going to be any delays one of the team will contact you to let you know.

Who will be delivering my item?

We deliver all small items via DPD and will provide a tracking number once dispatched. Everything else is delivered either on pallets or with our specialist handling courier.

What delivery options do you offer?

Our standard delivery takes 5-7 working days on large and fragile goods and 3-5 working days on smaller products. Express delivery can be arranged please call or email sales@bradfordbathroomcompany.com to check if your order can be expedited.

 

Returns & Refunds

You can return an order within 14 days of receiving it. Please note that you are responsible for the cost incurred with the return. Exchanges can be arranged for a fee. For further information regarding returns collections and exchanges please see our returns information.
My item is damaged

Any damages must be reported with the first 48 hours of receiving an order. In the unlikely event you receive an order with any sort of damage, please email sales@bradfordbathroomcompany.com with your order number and some images of the damage and the packaging and one of our helpful staff will be able to help you.

My order is incorrect

In the unlikely event that you receive an order incorrectly or are missing an item please email sales@bradfordbathroomcompany.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue and one of our helpful staff will be able to rectify this issue.

Our technical team are on hand during office hours to help with questions about a product or issues with a faulty item.

We accept all major credit cards and Paypal. We are available during our office hours to help you place an order.
How can I pay?

We accept all major payment methods including Amex and PayPal. If you are having trouble placing an order online feel free to contact us.

When will payment be taken?

Payment is taken at the time of placing your order. If for any reason we cannot fulfil your order you will be refunded at the earliest point.

Can I use PayPal?

We accept PayPal Payment on any order.
